Digging to China Description: "Ten-year-old Harriet (Evan Rachel Wood) lives with her alcoholic mother and promiscuous sister in the family's rundown motel. Harriet desperately wants to escape her difficult life and devises all sorts of outrageous plans to run away, until Ricky (Kevin Bacon) comes to town. Now, she has found a soul mate in Ricky - a mentally challenged man - who shares her desire to get away to a new life. First Sale Doctrine for the movie Digging to China: Movie Film Fest is an online retailer and legal owner of the physical copies of movies it sells, rents and exchanges such as the movie Digging to China. The "fair use doctrine" is grounded in the First Amendment rights to free speech and permits Movie Film Fest to use trademark and copyright materials, without the owners' permission, in a equitable and fair manner. The "fair use doctrine" serves the public interest in the reception and dissemination of information, in order to assist the consuming public in finding purchasing and/or renting authentic product such as the movie Digging to China.
